0.0.1 Golang

golang fmt IGNORES WHITESPACES ” bleh” => “bleh”

package main
import (
	"fmt"
)
func main() {
	var p int
	fmt.Scanf("%d", &p)
	fmt.Println(p)
}
	var v1,v2 int64
	fmt.Scanln(&v1,&v2)

Golang automatically strips out white-space for inputs
To stop that, use bufio

import(
  "bufio"
  "os"
)

v1 := bufio.NewReader(os.Stdin)
line, err := v1.ReadString('\n')

0.0.2 Python

a = int(input())

MULTIPLE ARG INPUT: 2 3 5 6

a, b, c, d = list(map(int, input().split()))

#why does this work? List is auto-split into args
x,y = [1,2]
#x <- 1,
#y <- 2

LIST INPUT: 1 2 3 …

a = input().split()
#> ['1','2','3']
